New Dragons in the den

It has been announced that two new Dragons will be joining Dragon’s Den in the upcoming series.

London-born and US-based fashion mogul and businesswoman Emma Grede and ex-professional footballer turned businessman Gary Neville, will be joining Dragons’ Den as guest Dragons, alongside Peter Jones, Deborah Meaden, Touker Suleyman, Sara Davies and Steven Bartlett for Series 21.

Emma Grede is the CEO and Co-Founder, alongside Khloé Kardashian, of Good American, a women's clothing company focused on size inclusivity and body positivity. Grede is also a founding partner of SKIMS alongside Kim Kardashian. Along with Kris Jenner and Chrissy Teigen, Grede is one of the founders of Safely, a brand of plant-based cleaning and self-care products. She is chairwoman of the 15 Percent Pledge, an initiative for retailers to reserve 15% of their shelf space for Black-owned businesses. Grede is no stranger to investing, having appeared on the US show Shark Tank as a guest Shark for two episodes.

Gary Neville is best known for his football career, although, off the pitch Neville is an extremely successful businessman, using transferrable skills to succeed in the corporate world. Having started out as a property developer whilst playing for Manchester United in his early twenties, Neville has continued that entrepreneurial passion and has built an entire business empire with a portfolio that spans property, hospitality, education, media and sport. Relentless is Gary’s investment business, from which stems the vision, values and culture of all of his activities. Gary wanted to disrupt the traditional education system by creating programmes of study that focused as much on character development and resilience as they did on Academia, so UA92 was launched in 2019.

The series will be back on screens in 2024, featuring these two new Dragons. We’re excited to watch these two join the seasoned Dragon’s in the den, and see what exactly they will decide to invest in!
