Neutrik Americas Announces Sponsorship of Women in Electronics
Neutrik Americas, a subsidiary of Neutrik Group and a provider of professional AVL connectivity solutions, has announced its sponsorship of Women in Electronics (WE).
Driven by authenticity, courage, and commitment, Women in Electronics is a community of forward-thinking leaders at various career stages, committed to enhancing opportunities for women in the electronics industry, industrial sector, and related markets.
Women in Electronics was initiated in the autumn of 2017 by a group of 20 founding women who convened for the 1st Annual Leadership Development Summit. The foundation of the group is based on the concept of women working collaboratively to find inspiration, strength, and empowerment through a sense of community. This ethos extends to uniting with male colleagues to collectively develop the next leadership pipeline. Neutrik Americas recognises the significance of WE's endeavours and is dedicated to supporting the organisation in achieving the recognition it merits. Neutrik Americas perceives this new partnership not merely as a sponsorship, but as a vital step towards a brighter and more diverse future.
Stacy Kaskon, Vice President of Neutrik Americas, commented on the company’s new relationship with Women in Electronics, "Neutrik Americas is proud to partner with Women in Electronics, an organisation that champions gender diversity and empowerment in the electronics industry. We are excited to engage with WE, offering our team access to exceptional resources and programs that promote professional and personal growth. This collaboration is more than a sponsorship; it's a significant step towards a diverse and vibrant future in our industry."
Jackie Mattox, WE Founder and Chief Executive Officer, shares Kaskon's enthusiasm, “With a long history from my days in the channel, I am personally honored and enthused to welcome Neutrik to the WE sponsor family! Women in Electronics is committed to partnering with pioneering organisations like Neutrik that prioritise diversity, equity, and inclusion in the electronics industry and beyond. Together, we will strive to fill the leadership pipeline with our next generation of rising leaders that represent the demographic of our end users/customers and, ultimately, their consumers across the globe.”
