MACH37 opens fall cohort applications for cyber accelerator

MACH37, the accelerator for information security entrepreneurs and cyber startups, has announced it is now accepting applications for its Autumn 2024 Cohort. Established in 2013, MACH37 has played a pivotal role in the early-stage startup and tech ecosystem.

The recent completion of the Spring 2024 Cohort saw five cyber companies graduating, and MACH37 is now on the lookout for startups innovating in fields such as artificial intelligence, machine learning, neural networks, quantum computing and encryption, space, cyber-physical systems, the Internet of Things, industrial controls, and other cyber-related domains.

MACH37 fosters the next generation of cyber companies through its extensive network, cutting-edge tech scouting, and focus on customer discovery, leadership, and entrepreneurial well-being. The accelerator's programme includes lectures, workshops, special events, and mentorship, designed to help early-stage and scaleup companies refine their technology, secure funding, and bring their products to market. Leveraging its curated international cyber community, MACH37 connects cyber founders with customers in both the private and public sectors, strategic partners, venture capitalists, industry leaders, and specialised cyber talent.

“After an inspiring spring program, we are thrilled to open applications for the fall cohort,” said Jason Chen, CEO and Executive Director of MACH37. “MACH37 is pushing the envelope to discover startups at all stages of their growth journey, from ideation through investment, building the next generation of cyber startups globally. We are excited to see what is in store for this next cohort, as the need for innovative cyber companies continues to be essential for the efficiencies of organisations everywhere.”

“I watched my mentee grow from someone who was a brilliant programmer into a competent leader and savvy businessman within a span of 3 months,” said Michael Segal, MACH37 Mentor. “His combination of willingness to learn and immerse himself in MACH37’s accelerator programme yielded substantial dividends as we sought to turn his company from an idea into a fully functional business.”

MACH37 offers early-stage startups an intensive 90-day programme designed to mentor entrepreneurs in all facets of building a sustainable and scalable business. For scaleup companies, MACH37 provides a more extended programme, lasting twelve months, which includes tailored strategic guidance and comprehensive support for business development and fundraising.
