Selecting the right team for your business is not only very difficult with multiple hurdles along the way, but once you get it right, there’s no stopping you. We want to give credit where credit is due and celebrate the entire team within startups. This award is to recognise the pivotal role played by each team member in navigating the complexities of startup growth and achieving milestones as a business.

Who is eligible for this award?

As mentioned above, this award is to recognise the entire team within a startup. Those eligible should be a team who work together in a startup who have performed well and delivered benefits to others.

The judges want to know all about the team behind your startup. Include thorough details about the team – How big is the team? Who are they? What role do they plan in the team?

Highlighting the diverse skill sets, expertise, and contributions of each team member not only showcases the team's strength but also the alignment of roles that are designed to drive the startup's mission and purpose. These details will help the judges understand the depth of collaboration and the unique blend of talents that underpin the startup's success.

Tell us why you should win

This is your chance to shout about how great your team is. Outline why you’re entering this award in particular, and convince the judges that your entry should be shortlisted. How have you innovated and differentiated yourself from the competition? Why is your team so successful? The judges need to know!

The judges need to see evidence of your claims, so in your entry, show evidence of what your team has achieved together within the business. Provide evidence of growth and achievement through statistics and quantifiable data. Describe the benefits that the team has given to others, either within the startup, or to customers.

Testimonials to back up your claims should be obtained from clients, partners, and industry figures, rather than employees of the organisation.

Supporting materials are highly recommended to help the judges make their final decision. However, do be mindful of what supporting materials are used, as it’s limited to up to three images and one video link per entry.
