Gresham House Ventures commits €4.25M investment

Gresham House Ventures, a growth equity investor specialising in innovative businesses in the consumer, healthcare, and enterprise sectors, has committed a €4.25m investment in Mobility Mojo.

Based in Dublin, the accessibility audit and data platform empowers organisations globally to create more accessible and inclusive environments for everyone.

Mobility Mojo’s SaaS platform transforms the way organisations audit and improve the accessibility of their built environments based on regulations and the highest global accessibility standards developed by Mobility Mojo. The platform offers a standardised, cost-effective solution for capturing, tracking, benchmarking, and promoting accessibility across entire portfolios. Mobility Mojo significantly reduces the time, inconsistency, and costs associated with traditional paper-based audits, while empowering organisations to strive to align with the highest possible standards. This adaptable platform caters to a diverse range of environments, including offices, manufacturing sites, retail banks, and retail stores, ensuring tangible global metrics and consistency in accessibility.

Founded in 2018 by certified access consultants Stephen Cluskey and Noelle Daly, both of whom are wheelchair users, and founder and ex-CEO of Rothco, Patrick Hickey, Mobility Mojo initially focused on the hospitality sector before broadening its scope to address accessibility challenges in the public and enterprise sectors. The business has delivered significant revenue growth since launch and now works with over 100 global clients, including Accenture, Eli Lilly, and UBS.

The investment will be held across the Mobeus and Baronsmead VCTs and will support Mobility Mojo to expand its marketing and sales teams, enhance its SaaS platform with AI capabilities, and recruit key talent to support the company's growth trajectory. As part of the investment, Caroline Tulloch will join Mobility Mojo’s board, bringing her extensive experience in scaling impact-focused growth companies to support the company’s next stage of development.

This investment builds on Gresham House Ventures’ track record of supporting innovative growth-stage businesses that contribute to a more sustainable future. Mobility Mojo joins a stable of recent investments where commercial success is intrinsically linked to tackling social issues, such as eating disorder clinic Orri, adaptive neuro-inclusion platform Cognassist, and Mable Therapy, a digital health platform for children’s speech and language therapy and counselling services.

Joe Krancki, Investment Director at Gresham House Ventures, said: “Through this investment in Mobility Mojo, we are not only supporting an innovative business addressing a burgeoning market but are also contributing to a future where accessibility is standard practice, not an afterthought. Mobility Mojo is ideally positioned to deliver significant growth over the coming years as businesses become increasingly aware of the positive social and economic impact of creating more accessible spaces.”

Stephen Cluskey, Founder and Chief Executive at Mobility Mojo, said: “Gresham House Ventures has an exceptional track record of supporting fast-growing, impactful businesses like Mobility Mojo. This investment will enable us to bring our solutions to more businesses and organisations, delivering real improvements for those with accessibility needs.”
