Coutts, Daniel Galvin Jr MBE and Alicia J Diamonds host a Brilliant Breakfast

Alicia J Diamonds, the diamond and gemstone specialists who curate bespoke jewellery, and Daniel Galvin Jr MBE, the renowned colourist and hairdresser, and Coutts the private bank and wealth management experts, are hosting a Brilliant Breakfast on Thursday, November 25th 2021, at Coutts in London for the Women Supporting Women initiative from The Prince’s Trust

This sparkling event is in aid of The Prince’s Trust Brilliant Breakfast, and its Women Supporting Women initiative. Money raised helps young women in the UK, offering practical support to stabilise their lives, develop their self-esteem and gain skills for work. Three in four young people supported by The Prince’s Trust move into work, education or training.

Guests will be treated to a delicious brunch served with sparkling English wine and inspiring speakers, along with a panel discussion with successful female scale-up entrepreneurs and goody bags worth over £150. Confirmed guests include Sonali Shah, a British newsreader who used to present Newsround on the BBC and now occasionally presents the weekend edition of BBC World News, and Amy Dickson, a Saxophonist who has been twice nominated for a Grammy. It will be a chance to network, share stories and discuss ways to support the next generation of female entrepreneurs and business leaders.

An auction will be held with items and experiences including a helicopter ride, a weekend getaway in a luxury hotel let and many more. There will also be a raffle and games, plus goody bags for guests to take home. All proceeds from the day will go towards the Women Supporting Women initiative to help reach the nationwide goal of £1 million.

Daniel Galvin Jr MBE is one of the world’s most sought-after colourists who provides clients with high level of service and experience in haircare at his Belgravia salon. Daniel has been a pioneer of the organic movement since 2002 when he was personally asked by HRH The Prince of Wales to launch its Duchy Organics hair care collection. He is an ambassador to The Prince’s Trust and is proud to support it through the sale of his kid’s hair care range and through key retail partnerships in the UK, US and Australia. Daniel was awarded his MBE in 2020 for his longstanding work with Youth Society and The Prince’s Trust for over 20 years.

Daniel is co-host of the Brilliant Breakfast and will be at the event to network, offer advice and guidance to other entrepreneurs and help raise money for this deserving cause.

The team at Coutts are delighted to be a part of this event. Coutts acknowledges that companies are often more successful when their founders bring different perspectives underpinning the importance to provide support to help female entrepreneurs to overcome the barriers they face and encourage increased diversity of management teams and boards. Working with the Prince’s Trust Women Supporting Women initiative provides support to help the next generation of female entrepreneurs, board members and professionals reach their full potential.
