Academy to supercharge learning teams for the age of AI

360Learning has launched its L&D Performance Academy – a free, ATD-accredited, interactive online Academy built to help learning and development professionals future-proof their careers and drive measurable business impact in the age of AI.

By 2028, 44% of workers’ core skills are expected to be disrupted by AI, according to the World Economic Forum. The half-life of skills is now only five years on average – and as little as 2.5 years in some areas – as AI is altering work so quickly. Businesses need to respond to this disruption or risk irrelevance, with upskilling and reskilling necessary for business growth. Despite the opportunity for L&D teams, most still struggle to demonstrate clear business value, and risk becoming budgetary casualties, largely because the vast impact they bring to business performance is hard to quantify.

The L&D Performance Academy tackles this head-on.
