Ina Arnaoudova, Senior User Researcher, Ecosia
Ina transitioned into UX and the digital world after a career in research and international development. After some UX freelancing and becoming a design team of one for an early-stage startup, she found her way to Ecosia where for the last four years she has been combining her passions for good design, sustainability, and social good. Ina joined as one of Ecosia’s first UX-ers, then transitioned to full-stack Product Design, and most recently returned to her core capability of research in order to solely focus on establishing Ecosia’s user research practices.
John Talbott, Co-founder, Purple Dot
John Talbott is a serial entrepreneur and co-founder of Purple Dot. Starting his career working at investment banks and the London Olympics, he then co-founded his first startup, Twizoo, a social data company that sold to Skyscanner in 2017. After leading Engineering for Skyscanner’s Hotels business, he got back into startups and co-founded Purple Dot, the waitlist company that helps fashion brands and retailers improve margins and reduce waste by enabling 'wait-based' shopping.
Annika Pannen, Associate Solutions Consultant, UserTesting
Annika works as a Solutions Consultant for UserTesting. She specialises in incorporating and scaling qualitative research in small to medium-sized businesses. Annika works with professionals across all verticals, helping them gather actionable feedback and bring their customer initiatives to life. Prior to UserTesting, Annika worked in the startup environment, supporting businesses to scale their innovation and product development throughout Europe.
