Join us for an event that will help you to feel more connected to your body, less overwhelmed by your health and become a happier you!

Abi Adams is a movement maven and cycle decipherer. Abi has spent the last 20 years travelling the world, learning a variety of skills and approaches to help her understand her own body. Abi now applies these learnings to other women supporting and empowering them to transform themselves into confident women. All women, everywhere, are free to own this feeling of confidence!

Abi champions women to harness their inner wisdom, transforming limited health beliefs into a life of freedom through the art of movement, holistic tools and most importantly, fun!

Through this session, Abi will provide you with the opportunity, experience and space to find out what makes you happy, fulfilled, and excited. She will help you to understand and address your hormones, emotions and how you exercise, so that you can enjoy being YOU. You will leave feeling more harmonised with your body and connected to your business!

WHO IS THIS FOR?

This will also be valuable if you have feelings of body negativity, hormonal sabotage or emotional overwhelm, this event is for you.
