At Hatch we believe sharing experiences, the good sides and the bad of entrepreneurship is a key to growth and that's why we are very excited to launch our monthly Hatch Founders Talk.

There’s one thing that all our Hatch founders have in common: they all have a story. And not just any story, either – founders in our community have come from different backgrounds and overcome many challenges to launch their businesses.

At Hatch we believe sharing experiences, the good sides and the bad of entrepreneurship is a key to growth and that's why we are very excited to launch our monthly Hatch Founders Talk.

Each month we will be bringing together a participant on one of our programme who is just launching or growing their business with one of their role models. They'll get to share their biggest challenges with a well-established founder who is operating in their sector who will able to offer them guide advice, wisdom and share their story on how they grew their business and life as an entrepreneur.

This month we have Tanisha from Baoui Swimwear and Dior Bediako from The Junior Network. Tanisha recently participated on our Female Founders Launchpad to help her grow her lifestyle brand Baoui Swimwear - a business she started as she wanted to create her own opportunities and inspire other mothers to do the same.

Dior Bediako is the founder of two initiatives centred on providing career support to young fashion hopefuls. Having started her career in PR at Burberry, Dior was frustrated by how little help there was for newbies in fashion; leading her to first create ‘Pepper Your Talk’ for students and graduates, and then went on to launch ‘The Junior Network’ for entry-level fashion professionals.

Come and join us to get some inspiration on thinking big, growing your business and how to fight challenges on the way from those who have been there.
