In the long term, most brands aim to build a community that is strong enough to power their growth through non-incentivised word of mouth, i.e. their customers organically encourage other customers to join through their enthusiasm for your brand.
Building all the levers for this takes time and, when done well, the brand should start to become part of everyday behaviour and relevant conversations.
However, as buzz and loyalty build, incentivised referral can be a useful tool as referred users are generally more likely to become active users than those installing via paid-for media.
In this workshop, I'll take you through the key levers to build incentivised and non-incentivised referral.
Bring your notepads, you'll have work to do!!
