In this special panel event our speakers will talk about how to develop and embody a true Diversity policy for your start-up or SME.

The panelists will share some of their personal experiences as women, members of BAME and the LGBTQI+ community. They will offer advice on engaging with diversity networks and working with them to develop a strong diversity strategy – and therefore a happy and powerful workforce, as well as a strong dedicated customer base.

This event will also be our first trial of an online networking event, we will be hosting breakout rooms where you will be able to join a room with one of our speakers, meet other founders keen to grow as a diverse business, and share contacts – something that has been missed during the Coronovirus Pandemic.
