Stuart Grant is the CEO of ARC (Advanced Research Clusters), and Harwell Campus. He is also Co-Founder of CoreLife Investors, adviser to Brookfield’s Real Estate Group, CEO of Arlington and has more than 25 years of real estate experience.

Stuart began his career in Asia-Pacific as an International Executive with Jardine Matheson Ltd. before starting his real estate investment career at Blackstone in London and Hong Kong. During his 18 years at Blackstone, played a key role in building Blackstone’s Real Estate business in the region including overseeing more than $20 billion of investments in Greater China, India, Singapore, Japan, Korea and Australia.

Stuart returned to the UK in 2018 as Managing Director of Stanhope Plc to help grow one of London’s leading developers. He is also a member of the Investment Committee and Advisory Board of Mitheridge Capital.

With ARC and Harwell Campus, Stuart is developing a network of science-ready lab space and offices across the Golden Triangle, creating the physical spaces and supporting communities to help innovators unlock major commercial opportunities and solve the world’s most pressing challenges.
