Steve is a founding partner at Delta learning, a training, coaching and consulting company, he works with sales teams and leaders across the globe, primarily to accelerate individual, team and organisational performance. He is a dynamic and engaging coach whose passion for translating methodology into real-world results is reflected in his delivery and methods.  He is a driven individual, who works predominantly with senior executives, top-level management, leaders and their teams, Steve brings his passion for helping people realise their potential, to everything he does.

In addition to his work for other global professional training and development companies, including Mindstrong and Salestrong, Steve spent the early part of his career in Sales and Marketing positions, primarily in the automotive industry, for Jaguar, Vauxhall Motors and BMW.

Steve has a degree in Business Studies from Aston University, a Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing from the Chartered Institute of Marketing, as well as a Master’s degree in Coaching & Mentoring.

Outside work Steve is a keen triathlete and has completed 3 London Marathons and an ironman distance triathlon.
