She served as the director of a pre-production department for a major apparel manufacturer, overseeing quality, testing, compliance, production, and logistics for raw materials and finished goods. This role provided her with a comprehensive understanding of supply chain processes. Stefanie also managed product compliance in response to evolving consumer protection laws. In 2014, she transitioned to technology after using digital solutions to streamline business processes. She has since worked with customers to improve their business practices through workflow definition and process improvement, guiding them towards digital transformation. Stefanie has experience with PLM, ERP, BI and Supply Chain Management platforms, with a recent focus on supply chain management and ESG compliance due to increasing legislation and consumer interest.
