In his senior role leading the finance, legal, strategy and M&A teams at Pleo, Soren provides financial business partnering to the CEO; including strategic financial direction and resource allocation, growth acceleration and a cost efficiency and fiscal sustainability focus. Soren has experience delivering strategic impact through M&As, business turnarounds and developing high-performing teams. He is passionate about helping businesses harness financial tech to maximise both productivity and profitability.

Soren brings a wealth of experience from multiple industries. With over 25 years’ experience he has previously held positions at senior leadership and board level, in roles including CFO positions at Chr. Hansen (now part of Novonesis), WS Audiology and Danish Endurance and background within consulting (McKinsey & Co) and the Private Equity industry.
