Nikolaz Foucaud

Nikolaz Foucaud is Coursera’s Managing Director for Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA), a crucial region for Coursera with over 40 million learners and 2,000 institutions. Nikolaz plays a key role in shaping the company’s strategic investments and growth initiatives across the region. In this role, he works closely with the global leadership team to define the business strategy and drive progress across Coursera's consumer, degree, and enterprise segments. Nikolaz brings over 20 years of experience to Coursera. Prior to joining the company, he served as EMEA Cloud and Partner Lead at NetApp, following a 17-year stint at Microsoft where he scaled the company’s EMEA operations. A passionate people leader and innovator, he holds an M.B.A. in Marketing & Finance from ESSEC Business School.
Eduardo Crespo
VP EMEA
As VP EMEA, Eduardo leads PagerDuty’s next phase of growth in the EMEA region, bringing the PagerDuty Operations Cloud to enterprise customers across EMEA to solve their biggest digital challenges. Driving PagerDuty’s vision across the region for customers, partners and employees, Eduardo has over 20 years of diverse experience spanning investment banking to strategy consulting to disruptive cloud and software solutions. Before PagerDuty, Eduardo was most recently part of the leadership teams that scaled Medallia EMEA’s ARR by approximately 25 times from 2014 to 2024, delivering ~25% of global revenue. Eduardo has a successful track record building regional teams, standing-up functions and executing integrated go-to-market strategies. Eduardo received his MBA from London Business School and graduated from Bates College and University of Oxford with degrees in economics and political science.
Agur Jõgi

Agur Jõgi joined Pipedrive in 2022 after working as a Strategy and Innovation Lead at Deloitte NEXT, focusing on helping organisations discover new business growth opportunities. He has Executive level (CIO, CTO, COO) experience in the IT, Banking and Telecom sectors, where he has been defining and leading organisation level digital transformation programs. In doing so, he combines traditional business strategy skillset and his co-founder experiences from the startup industry. Agur graduated from Tallinn Technical University with MSc in IT Management.
