Nick co-founded Few&Far in 2013 with Samm Green. Few&Far finds digital companies at the forefront of technology the talent needed to design, scale, and build products and services globally. Formerly KnowIt, Few&Far was created due to shared frustration with the traditional recruitment industry and a vision to build a people-first agency specialising in the teams of tomorrow. Few&Far has worked with clients including Agoda, Babylon Health, Typeform, Tesco PLC and World Remit.
Prior to Few&Far, Nick held roles in recruitment at Huntress Group where he transitioned from the online media team to being its digital lead. Alongside the Few&Far team he started The Hacker Games, a 48-hour product engineering charity hackathon. Nick holds a BSc in Computing with Business from Kingston University. As well as founding the Product Leaders Breakfast, Nick has been heavily involved with Mind The Product since 2012, the world’s largest community of product people.
Nick is a passionate advocate for evolution across the recruitment industry to challenge its many outdated practices and reputation. He is a champion for building real relationships and long lasting teams within the sector, helping companies to be strategic when hiring and retain the staff they bring on board.
