With over 15 years in the property sector with a specialism within the flexible workspace industry, Matt is currently LABS’ Chief Commercial Officer, driving solutions forward across the company from operations and finance to marketing and legal, in order to achieve strong revenue performance.

An extremely hands on and versatile individual, he has a focus on providing the highest level of service for all LABS’ customers. He began his career at Instant Offices where after six years, he was the Global Head of Operator Relationships, managing contacts with a range of stakeholders from landlords to debt collectors.

He joined The Office Group (TOG) as Sales Director in 2013 using his knowledge of the flexible office sector and developing his interpersonal skills to triple the number of buildings in TOG’s portfolio in just six years. Seeking a fresh challenge, he joined LABS in 2019, aligning his commercial experience with responsibilities across other verticals of the business.

Outside of work, Matt enjoys spending time with his family. A qualified football coach, he has also been a season ticket holder at Crystal Palace for over 30 years.
