With over 15 years’ experience in the retail industry, Leanne Rothwell is CEO of online marketplace Not On The High Street. Prior to this, she was the brand’s Chief Commercial Officer and has been part of the business for eleven years, primarily in roles focused on their small business Partners and category propositions.

During her time with the business, Leanne has overseen a 500% growth in its Partner-base and led all of Not On The High Street’s commercial efforts. Additionally, since stepping into her current role, she has spearheaded the company’s recent brand transformation, which is broadening its appeal and attracting a wider audience to its vibrant community of Partners as well as launching a strategic review in efforts to drive sustainable growth.
