Lauren is a Consultant in Odgers Berndtson's Global Technology Practice where she partners with high-growth software innovators. Her focus is on working with cyber, AI, storage and high performance computing clients to attract and appoint their leadership talent. She is also a member of Odgers Berndtson’s Global Clean Tech Practice, working with clients with innovative technology offerings which address environmental challenges. Originally from New Zealand, Lauren joined Odgers Berndtson in London from a boutique executive search firm headquartered in Wellington.
