Laura joined HiBob in September 2024 as People & Culture Director. With 15 years of experience operating in large blue-chips and scaling teams across EMEA at Google, she's spent the last few years focused on tech startups, working closely with founders across fintech, biotech, and B2B SaaS. Most recently, Laura served as VP People & Talent at Unmind, the workplace wellbeing platform on a mission to create mentally healthy workplaces. 

Laura is passionate about building sustainable high performance in mission-driven companies and believes that organisational success stems from thoughtfully designed people strategies that prioritise wellbeing alongside achievement. Her approach combines data-driven insights with empathetic leadership to create workplaces where people can truly thrive.
