Originally from the Netherlands, Kim is leading WeWork's startup activities in the UK, including WeWork Labs and WeWork Growth acceleration platforms. Before joining WeWork, she worked across technology startups in the AI and Proptech (B2B) space, as well as built and executed go-to-market strategies for three startups.

Kim also founded an 'edtech' startup within social impact accelerator Zinc VC in London, and also spent time at Salesforce in Dublin, where she focused on the enterprise market in the financial services industry.
