Kike is the Founder and CEO of BYP Network, a platform dedicated to advancing the careers of Black professionals globally. With a background in Economics and Management, and a career as an ex-Great Britain javelin thrower, Kike is passionate about diversity, inclusion, and creating spaces where Black professionals can thrive. She is also a leading voice in advocating for systemic change to support underrepresented groups in the workplace and beyond.
