Karen, Director Digital Tech at ONE, is responsible for supporting digital tech founders to grow and scale their businesses, by providing access to entrepreneurial education, growth and mentoring support, market insight and potential investors, and driving digital innovation across the region’s key sectors​.

Karen also manages ONE Tech Hub in Aberdeen, which is home to north east Scotland’s digital tech ecosystem and an ambitious cluster of tech start-ups and scaling businesses. ONE Tech Hub is also the place where ONE leads and delivers sector-specific programmes for scaling tech businesses, entrepreneurs and founders.

Karen has extensive senior leader experience working within the remit of digital/tech innovation across the public, private, not for profit and academic sectors, which is transferred into her current role.
