Chris joined Wade Macdonald in early 2018 as Managing Director.

Since then, Wade Macdonald has doubled the size of the business, opened up in to more niche markets, worked in partnership with local businesses to run networking events, produced updated salary guides and built further on the impressive client base that already existed.
