He has won the BESMA National Award for Sales Leader of the Year and led the commercial training division at Pareto for over a decade, during which the company grew from £8 million to £30 million. Bryn is now a Sales and Leadership Consultant, primarily with private equity-invested businesses. He is passionate about educating others on the keys to success in sales and has recruited, assessed, trained, and developed over 10,000 salespeople worldwide. Additionally, Bryn co-authored ‘Transformational Selling’ with his business partner, Steve Lowndes.
