BIO

With a background in digital marketing, driving growth through engagement and experiences, and now in corporate governance as well, Anastasia sits on the Board of Directors at Raffolux. At the company, she advises on driving growth through customer-centricity, engagement models and digital marketing activations. Originally from Greece, Anastasia has fifteen years of business management experience in both the UK and the US. During this time she has held roles in Marketing, Communications, Finance and Operations for both start-ups and FTSE100 companies including Unilever, Reckitt and Procter & Gamble. 

In addition, Anastasia has previously led digital strategy and D2C e-commerce for Danone which saw her avert a major brand crisis after the COVID-19 pandemic resulted in product shortages due to consumer hoarding. Between 2021 and 2022 she was responsible for delivering the global consumer growth vision at Reckitt as Global CARE CX & Content Director. 

As a digital expert, Anastasia has a track record in helping companies to unlock commercial value, drive significant growth and guarantee a competitive advantage through utilising customer engagement models and personalised experiences at scale with digital capabilities. In her spare time, Anastasia is a volunteer mentor to fellow women in business as she is passionate about building a more inclusive and diverse generation of future leaders. She also sits on the Board of Directors for several other organisations. 

Anastasia graduated with an MBA from the Wharton School (University of Pennsylvania) with a double major in Marketing & Operations Management, which she attended on a scholarship. She also has a bachelor’s degree and an MSc in Economics from the University of Piraeus and Athens University of Economics and Business respectively. Anastasia is a member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing, the Institute of Directors and Women on Boards.
