Varun Cruz

Varun Cruz is the Founder and CEO of NEUVIOR, a UK government-backed company building PHARMORIS. He began working in his parents’ convenience stores in Glasgow before training in law with the Law Society of Scotland and working on immigration cases while studying biomedical science. He later completed pre-clinical medical studies (MD), developing a cross-disciplinary foundation across law, science, and healthcare systems. He founded NEUVIOR in August 2025, securing multiple UK public funding awards within its first year.
