Tetyana Golovata

Tetyana Golovata is the Head of Regulatory Compliance at IFX Payments, which she joined in spring 2023 as the company's Risk and Regulatory Manager. She oversees risk and regulatory compliance within IFX. Her focus is to set up effective compliance monitoring, understand regulatory and risk exposures, and map out any regulatory obligations IFX needs to uphold. Aside from Tetyana's work at IFX, she co-founded Women 4 Women UK, a supportive group for women shaping the future of finance and tech. Prior to joining IFX, Tetyana held roles at Allen & Overy, Schroders, GPP Group, Credit Suisse and BNY Mellon.
