With over 29 years of experience as a practicing attorney focused on helping startups and entrepreneurs (and 2x software startup co-founder himself), he experienced first hand the importance of and at times the unavailability of legal guidance due to lack of time and/or resources. As a corporate attorney, he has witnessed how costly legal mistakes and disputes with early stage companies often resulted from founders simply not seeking legal support due to fear of expense or delay. With the advancement of AI technology in the last several years, Paralex aims to redefine how legal support is accessed and delivered to startups and small businesses by saving their most precious resource often critical to their ultimate success, their time and money.
