Sirsha Haldar

Haldar’s career started with a short stint as an Electrical Engineer in the core engineering sector of Cement and Power generation. This experience has led Sirsha to work in product development projects in the Investment Banking domain followed by an 18 year career in payroll and HCM technology and service outsourcing industry. He has set up a large implementation offshore group in India from scratch, headed up regional service operations and managed ADP’s payroll outsourcing business for large multinational clients. Today, as a General Manager of the UK, Ireland & South Africa, Haldar is responsible for all aspects of ADP’s business in the UK & Ireland including P&L, strategy, operations and leading a team of around 900 talented professionals working towards providing award-winning HCM services to a very large number of organisations of various sizes and complexities.
