Samson Sahmland-Bowling

Samson Sahmland-Bowling is the founder and Managing Director of Open Energy Labs. The company has designed, developed and produces computer modules that educate students on how to create decentralised renewable energy resources. Samson holds an MSc in Mech Engineering from the University of Leeds, writing his thesis on decentralised energy in Kenya. It was through his Master’s programme that Samson discovered cultural and scalability problems with energy infrastructure in Africa, leading him to found Open Energy Labs.
