After ten years working as a corporate lawyer, Rupert realised all was not well in the traditional corporate world and he has since been on a personal mission to find his 'Why'. Rupert set up, grew and ran a flexible workspace business with offices across Sub-Sahara Africa working with anchor clients in their expansion across the region including Google, Siemens and European Investment Bank. During this period, Rupert begun to understand the connection between positive social impact and success . This is what he refers to as a company’s purpose; its reason for being beyond profit – its why. Inspired by these responsible yet for profit businesses, he has now sought to create a flexible workspace to unite these likeminded purpose-driven businesses under one roof, to inspire collaboration, and change the way the world works for good.
