Having spent 20 years in the SaaS cloud industry, Ronan is a seasoned executive in scaling high growth teams, finding solutions to navigate challenges, and hiring top talent. He is passionate about developing employee career growth and building an inclusive culture where diverse teams thrive. Ronan helps raise awareness of the importance of inclusion by being an active member in DocuSign Employee Resource Groups including ‘Women@DocuSign’, ‘Pride’ and ‘Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging’. As one of the three people who founded and led the DocuSign Dublin EMEA HQ, Ronan is also General Manager of DocuSign Ireland.
