Paul Herman is the CEO of Bluebox Corporate Finance which he founded in 2012 alongside Dragon’s Den entrepreneur James Caan. In 2020, Paul set up Bluebox Velocity, disruptors set to challenge the world of traditional corporate finance. Velocity represents a brand new exciting and revolutionary concept for SMEs that are considering three types of transactions - raising finance, selling their business, or acquiring a business.  Paul has sold over 50 private businesses for values ranging between £2m and £200m across a range of sectors.
