Paul Finch is an expert in startup investment, growth and innovation. As co-founder of Growth Studio with Rayan Jawad, the organisation leads and operates global accelerator programmes designed to support businesses of all sizes, committed to protecting and improving planet health. With former careers in digital marketing for multinationals including Shell, O2 and Unilever,  Paul and Rayan recognised a growing and more urgent business need.   As the impact presented by climate change became evident, the duo were inspired to support the growth of young businesses creating solutions that tackled global warming. They saw that startups had the greatest potential to confront issues head-on with the most impactful, creative and scalable solutions. Through a combination of accelerator programmes, corporate and government partnerships and consultancy, Paul and Rayan have applied their earned skills to help the success of startups and enterprise businesses, committed to making a positive difference to the world.  Since its launch in 2015, Growth Studio has accelerated over 600 startups across 17 nations and has supported governments, global corporations and startups to develop solutions in sustainability that make the world a better place.
