Özlem Türkmen is a qualified Turkish lawyer with an academic and practical foundation in intellectual property law. She holds an LL.M. in Intellectual Property & Information Law from King’s College London and is currently completing a University Diploma in Artificial Intelligence and Intellectual Property at the University of Strasbourg (CEIPI). Özlem currently works as a Trade Mark Paralegal at Trademark Tonic, where she supports UK and international clients across a broad range of trade mark matters, including filings, oppositions, and enforcement strategies. Her experience spans both private practice and in-house settings, having previously trained and assisted in managing trade mark portfolios across diverse industries.link She has a keen interest in the intersection of branding, neuroscience, and legal frameworks, as well as recent developments in artificial intelligence and their implications for intellectual property.
