Oliver Pugh

Oliver Pugh is the founder of yetipay, a London-based payments company on a mission to make the mundane magical in the payments space. A serial entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience, he has built and scaled multiple ventures, learning firsthand the challenges of product-market fit, cash flow, and resilience. After raising £500K for a snack subscription startup that didn't make it, Oliver pivoted to fintech, launching yetipay in 2018. Despite the challenges of the pandemic, the company grew rapidly – raising £1M, introducing the world’s first contactless tip jar, and helping BrewDog increase staff tips by 400%. Today, yetipay operates in six countries, processes £350M annually, and continues to innovate in payments, proving that even the smallest interactions—like paying a bill—can be transformed into something a whole lot less boring.
