Nikki offers breathwork for individuals and businesses, as well as hosting local community events and retreats. Nikki is on a mission to give back the gift of the breath by providing the knowledge, skills, and confidence to help people breathe mindfully so that they can manage stress and anxiety, balance energy and mood, and improve sleep. When we consciously breathe, we can put ourselves in the driving seat.
