Michelle has 18 years performance marketing experience which has given her a strong understanding of the sector as a whole. Since joining Awin in 2007, she has held various positions within Client Services, Strategy and Commercial, securing many new brand clients, reshaping and growing existing programmes, driving Awin’s Lead Generation proposition and successfully reshaping the new business function. In 2019, Michelle became the UK Business Development Director, and focused on the Awin Access micro-SME proposition to nurture grass roots brands and help further accelerate the growth of Awin which launched in January 2020. Now, Michelle is the Global Customer Success Director for Awin Access and is responsible for the global operations of Awin Access.
