Michael Welch OBE

Michael Welch OBE is a British serial entrepreneur and philanthropist, and the Founder of Rolo Tires. He has also founded businesses including Blackcircles.com, which sold to Michelin in 2015, as well as Tirescanner.com. Michael was awarded an OBE in 2016 in recognition of his services to business and charity.
