Michael Vavakis

Michael Vavakis brings over 30 years of experience supporting organisations through transformation, aligning business strategy, culture and operations. In his role as Chief Transformation, ESG & People Officer, EMEA, Michael is responsible for shaping the people agenda, leading enterprise transformation, and driving the organisation’s Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) strategy. He plays a key role in ensuring alignment between Ricoh’s strategy, culture and operational execution to support sustainable growth. He has held executive leadership roles for more than a decade, including Chief People and Transformation Officer in a publicly listed company, as well as Chief Operating Officer, giving him a broad perspective across both people and operational leadership.
