Melanie oversees the global expansion and adoption of the Audio Meter, a cutting-edge technology that captures music being played in real-time to enable fair and accurate payments to rights holders. Melanie is also a board trustee at Music Minds Matter (Help Musicians dedicated Mental Health charity) and The Ivors Academy Trust, where she advocates for the wellbeing and recognition of music creators and professionals. Her mission is to empower the music community with transparency, data, innovation and kindness.
