Matt Harding

Matt Harding joined Travel Counsellors in 2019 as Head of Independent Travel Agent Strategy and took responsibility for the recruitment and on-boarding of new Travel Counsellors. Since 2023, Matt has held the role of Director of Franchise Sales at the company. Prior to Travel Counsellors, Matt spent over 25 years at Thomas Cook in various roles with his last position heading up The Freedom Travel Group. Matt has over 30 years’ experience in the leisure, travel and tourism sectors, and expertise in sales growth, change management, business turnaround, and operational development.
