Marie-Alice Tantardini

Marie-Alice Tantardini joined PayFit in 2023 as Chief People & Fulfillment Officer, with over 15 years' experience in human resources. Marie-Alice began her career at Oddo & Cie as Senior HR Business Partner from 2007 to 2014. She then spent ten years at Warner Bros. where she held the position of HR Manager for 5 years in the Entertainment division, before rising through the ranks to become Director of Human Resources for France and Benelux from 2019 to 2022, after which she held a key position at Warner Bros. Discovery as People & Culture Lead for France, Benelux and Africa.
