Liz Capants is the Founder and CEO of EBC Associates, LLC, a human capital relationship-driven executive search and talent advisory firm. She works with CEOs, founders, and leadership teams to help organizations make better talent decisions, build stronger teams, and navigate the changing world of work. Liz is also the founder of Erudites Networking Group, a curated professional networking community that acts as a feeder into the EBC search business, focused on business consulting and collaboration.
