She is the founder & CEO of The Life Curators, a global concierge and executive assistance firm first established in Portugal in 2013, rebranded in 2021, and expanded to Brazil in January 2025. With a multicultural upbringing across the Netherlands, US, UK, Portugal, and now Brazil, Lara draws on her own experience of balancing demanding personal and professional roles to shape the company’s ethos. Inspired by her journey as a mother, wife, and executive under pressure, she created The Life Curators to simplify the lives of busy leaders, managing everything from travel, events, and household logistics to wellness, schooling, HR, and real estate coordination. Under her leadership, the company supports more than 150 clients worldwide, spanning Brazil, the UK, Portugal, Spain, and beyond, powered by a global team of local specialists.
