Kimberley Martin

Kim Martin is a Managing Director at Growth Lending, a founding partner for high-growth businesses. With more than 15 years of financial services experience spanning UK SME lending, venture capital, private equity, venture debt and private debt, she now leads Growth Lending’s origination team, a regionally diverse group of lending experts specialising at growth credit, term loans and working capital products. Based in London, Kim has a rich background in private equity and is passionate about championing women in finance, inciting Growth Lending to become signatories of the British Business Bank’s Investing in Women Code and the United Nations’ Principles for Responsible Investment. Since joining Growth Lending in 2018, she has worked closely with entrepreneurs and management teams to support their growth strategies and sits on the board of several businesses to advise on scaling and exit planning. With a focus on technology-enabled businesses, Kim assesses innovative SMEs across a range of sectors to evaluate their funding suitability and accelerate their growth.
