Kelli Turner

Kelli Turner is Village Hotel Club’s General Counsel and Director of ESG. With more than two decades of experience working with some of the UK’s leading organisations including Greggs, Aviva Group and DLA Piper, Kelli joined Village in 2017 and is responsible for driving forward the Group’s ESG strategy. In her role, she has overseen the launch of Village’s evolved ESG & sustainability strategy, Village Green, which outlines its commitment to doing right by its people, the community, and the planet. Finally, in 2024, Kelli completed King’s College’s first-ever ESG Executive education programme for hospitality leaders, supporting the industry’s shift towards a more sustainable future.
